        Yes, you can get available samples in our stock. Free for real samples, but not freight cost.

Q: How can we get a quote?

         Please offer the specifications of the product, such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc. It is better if you can provide us pictures.

Q: Can you help with the design?  

         We have professional designers to help with some simple information such as the logo and some images.

Q: What's the trade terms and payment terms?  

         30% or 50% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T, Western Union, L/C, Paypal & Cash. Can be negotiated.

Q: May i have new sample made according to my design for /confirm/iation?  

         Yes. We will make the high quality sample same as your design for your /confirm/iation.

Q: What about the lead time?

         It depends on the quantity and the complexity of your products. Normally 5 to 15 workdays after confirmation of the artwork and remittance.

Q: What shipping methods can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?

         DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 3 to 5 business days for express delivery. 10 to 30 business days by sea.
